關於退換商品

  1. 除以下第2條所述外,若於簽收貨品時發現貨品已損毀或送抵的商品與訂單不符,在這兩個情況下您可於收貨當日開始計算的7日內聯絡我們以申請更換商品。否則一般情況下,我們不接受任何換貨或取消訂單的要求。
  2. 收貨人確認收取商品後,價值HK$750以上或高於15年的商品(以單一枝計算)在任何情況下均不能獲得退款。
  3. 在我們確認商品狀態符合退換商品的要求後,若您所要求更換之商品已經售罄,我們會退回相關款項給您。
  4. 在退換商品前,須向我們出示購物收據正本或相關的電子收據。
  5. 商品必須與所有購買時所附送之贈品一併退還,否則我們將從退款中扣除該贈品的價值。
  6. 若我們為您換貨,您可能須要支付送貨費用。
  7. 如有任何爭議,我們保留最終的決定權。

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  1. The customer can ask to replace the order if the order is severely damaged or not in good condition within seven days of purchase. We do not accept any request to return or refund any sold items 7 days after the customer receive the goods.
  2. Goods worth more than $750 or aged more than 15 years are not refundable or replaceable. We will inform the customer if the goods are damaged in appearance or low in fill level, which does not affect the quality.
  3. The customer will be refunded if the goods they ask to replace are out of stock.
  4. Please show us the invoice or receipt when you ask for replacement or refund.
  5. The gifts and samples must be returned also, or the customer will be charged.
  6. You may need to to pay for delivery in case of replacement.
  7. FineSpirits reserves the right for the final determination of this Terms and Conditions Policy.
